Our philosophy of this service

When you organize a party, there are always two main requirements – unforgettable memories for yourself and maximum comfort for guests. Our establishment will give you the opportunity to feel in a cozy home, and the mobile design of the room (made in the style of Loft) can quickly turn into an old castle from the time of King Arthur or a state-of-the-art club-style hall. Get the most out of your own party!

 

What do we offer

Infrastructure

The total hall’s space is 630 m2. Acostic Hall has a space of 200 m2 with the ceiling height of 4.8 m. It can accommodate up to 70 people with comfortable seating at tables. Digital Hall has a space of 70 m2 with the ceiling height of 2.7 m. Cafe has a space of 70 m2. Locker rooms, toilets, recreation area are also availiable in the hall.

Equipment

Professional sound and light equipment, microphones and  radio microphones are availiable for any kind of your event. There is also an ability to build a stage podium. The established power of the object is 300 kW, but it is also possible to connect equipment with the power of 380 V.

Location

The general location is in Kyiv city center. Main transport networks: Boryspil Airport – 36 km., Zhulyany Airport – 5.7 km., Central Railway Station – 0.8 km., Vokzalna Metro Station – 0.7 km. There is up to 150 free parking spaces on the street, more than 500 guarded parking spaces in the premises of the neighboring shopping center “Ukraina”.

Cafe

There is a possibility to order lunches, buffets and banquets, cakes and pastries to order for a children’s holiday, etc.

Special offers

  • When booking the whole complex – all additional sound and lighting equipment is provided at a discount of 80%
  • For all birthday parties that will celebrate anniversaries – a discount on all additional services is equivalent to the number of years (10, 20, 30, 40 … percent, etc.)
  • At the wedding, a gift to the newlyweds – training “dance of the newlyweds” for free
  • For regular customers, every 10th event is free

Our team of professionals will make your event unforgettable according to your wishes and orders. Scenery, stage, service can be included in planning of your event. Universal planning of the room and its technical capabilities allow you to fulfill any “whim” for a reasonable price.

Acoustic Hall

This hall’s space is 200 m2 (16.3 to 12.3) with the ceiling of 4.8 m. It is equipped with LED lights, professional sound, lighting equipment and balcony on the second floor as an additional area, which, by the way, is a perfect location for technical services during complex events. The walls’ material is brick and floor is covered with parquet. There is also a mirror wall, which may be closed during business events, autonomous heating and air conditioning.

Digital Hall

This hall’s space is 70 m2 (11.15 to 6.33) with the ceiling of 2.70 m. It is equipped with LED lights, heated parquet floor, mirrored wall, which, by the way, may be closed during business events, professional sound, installed in the ceiling, autonomous heating and air conditioning system. The walls’ material is brick and floor is covered with parquet.

Radio Hall

This hall’s space is 19 m2 with the ceiling of 2.70 m. It is equipped with LED lights, mirror wall, two Swedish walls, simulators for pumping the back and press, autonomous heating and air conditioning. The walls’ material is brick and the floor is covered with dance linoleum.

Dressing Rooms

Men’s dressing room has a space of 19 m2 and the women’s – 22 m2 with it’s own restroom. Coach dressing room has a space of 12 m2. All rooms are equipped with LED lights. Walls’ material is brick, some of them are covered with mirrors.

Cafe and Coworking place

This hall’s space is 70 m2 with the ceiling of 2.50 m. It is equipped with LED lights, parquet floor, sound equipment, TV, autonomous heating and air conditioning. The hall accomodates a total capacity of 50 people. Walls’ material is brick.
