Booking and Reservations
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Signal Hall.
- A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Signal Hall.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date: full refund minus administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 14 or fewer days before the event date: no refund.
Changes to Bookings
- Requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing.
- Signal Hall will accommodate changes when possible but reserves the right to charge additional fees.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required to confirm a reservation.
- Full payment is due 14 days before the event date.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Use of Facilities
General Rules
- Users must comply with all safety regulations and instructions provided by Signal Hall staff.
- Users are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages caused.
- Signal Hall reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone.
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Use of unauthorized outside catering (unless specifically agreed upon)
- Smoking inside the building
- Use of confetti, glitter, or similar materials without prior approval
- Excessive noise that disturbs neighboring properties
Liability and Insurance
- Signal Hall is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Users are advised to obtain event insurance for significant events.
- Signal Hall's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Signal Hall and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Privacy
- Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Termination
- Signal Hall reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Changes to Terms
- Signal Hall reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
- Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
